At Nesso, we want you to be happy with your hat purchase. If you encounter an issue with sizing, receive a defective item, or if we sent you the wrong hat, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below.

Eligibility Window

  • You must contact us to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The delivery date indicated by the shipping carrier will be used to determine the start of this period.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

  1. Sizing Issues: The hat does not fit as expected.
  2. Defective Item: The hat has a manufacturing flaw or defect.
  3. Wrong Item Received: You received a different hat than the one you ordered.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, the returned hat must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be clean and free of any signs of wear (including makeup, sweat stains, odors, etc.).
  • It must be in good, sellable condition, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Ideally, it should include any original tags or packaging if applicable.

Nesso reserves the right to inspect all returned items upon receipt. If the hat does not meet these conditions, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@shopnesso.com within the 7-day eligibility window.
  2. Provide Information: In your email, please include: Name,Order Number, & Reason for Return.
  3. Await Instructions: Do not ship the item back until you have received return instructions and authorization from our team. We may provide specific shipping instructions or a return shipping label depending on the situation.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned hat, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed 1 for the original purchase price of the hat only.
  • Initial shipping costs paid when you placed the order are non-refundable.
  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies).

Return Shipping Costs

  • For Sizing Issues: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the hat back to Nesso.
  • For Defective Items or Wrong Items Received: If the return is due to a defect confirmed by Nesso or because we sent the incorrect item, we will typically cover the cost of return shipping. Please follow the specific instructions provided by our customer service team when you initiate the return.
